Middle- Middle class, trying to get ahead. We are trying to buy rent houses so eventually they'll turn a profit. So far, so much like life. Ups and downs and turn around. So far we have 3 houses. One we are fixing up- almost ready to rent, and two rented. This week the two have called about stuff- one needs new tile because after we repaired the kitchen floor the laminate tiles have started popping up. Now the other house is having issues... a stopped up bathroom sink lead to the plumber finding a corroded pipe down under and all the way up to the roof. So, yeah, more than your average unstopped drain.. plus that house needs AC for this hot, hot summer coming on.
And yet, even this very morning I was looking online for houses. The math has it...eventually it will payoff in spades.. I hope. I hope. I hope.
